We are open 24/7. 95% of orders are delivered in 5–15 minutes. More complex orders, mostly involving bulk pcons, q9–q13 weapons or rare miniatures, usually take 1–3 hours.

Contact our human live chat team to arrange delivery and confirm availability. Please leave your Character Name in the instructions comment box before checkout.

Guild Wars 1 currency

Globs of Ectoplasm, Zaishen Keys and Armbraces of Truth are usually delivered in 5–15 minutes.

Items and availability

Delivery depends on the item and quantity. Rare items sourced on demand may require extra time. Contact live chat before ordering to confirm their delivery estimate.

If we are unable to meet the time frame, we will give you the option to either have a full refund, or instead take Globs of Ectoplasm as an alternative. If this happens to be the case and you choose to take Globs of Ectoplasm, we will deliver the equivalent of the Armbraces, based on the current market value.

Arranging collection

We will contact you by email or phone (if provided) to arrange delivery. If you cannot meet us at the agreed time, we will rearrange collection up to 3 times. If collection is not possible after 3 attempts, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.
